Lift
See your time during your set
See the elapsed time for a given lift while you train.
Metre is a watch-first workout timer built for lifting. Start a workout from your watch, track time-under-tension and rest between sets, and keep your total sets per lift over time all from your watch.
Stay focused
Lift
See the elapsed time for a given lift while you train.
Rest
After a lift, track the time between sets. When it is time to lift again, haptic feedback lets you know.
Repeat
Move into the next lift without breaking focus, so the workout keeps its rhythm.
Philosophy
Many fitness apps ask you to manage plans, screens, and extra systems before the work begins. Metre takes a simpler path.
Built for the workout, not the setup, it keeps rest timing clear, keeps your phone out of your hands, and helps you move from set to set without losing rhythm.
Rest timing

Choose the rest period that fits the workout.
Add time
If you need a little more rest, add it before the timer runs out.
Between lifts
Use the same control when the workout calls for a longer reset.
